How to Request a HWID Reset

1. Visit Our Support Discord

Your first step is to join our Support Discord. This platform allows you to communicate directly with our support team and request assistance.

2. Create a HWID Reset Ticket

Once in our Discord server, follow the instructions for creating a support ticket. When prompted, you'll need to provide:

  • Your Monolith Username: The username associated with your account.
  • Reason for the HWID Reset: Briefly explain why you need the HWID reset. Common reasons include hardware changes, system reinstallation, or errors suggesting a mismatch in device recognition.

3. Await Support Team Assistance

After submitting your ticket, our support team will review your request. They may reach out for additional information or clarification, so please keep an eye on your ticket. Once all necessary information has been provided, they will proceed with your HWID reset.
